Refund Policy

StartNet provides a range of services and products accessible through its platform, including events, workshops, and data insights. The following terms govern your use of these services (“Services”):

By accessing or using any StartNet services, you agree to abide by these policies, including our Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy available on our website. Your use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these terms as a binding agreement between you and StartNet Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Subscription Services and Payment Issues

Subscription Services grant access to various features, including exclusive content and community events. StartNet uses Razorpay for payment processing, and any transaction declines or reserved funds must be resolved directly with your bank.

If your payment encounters issues, please contact your bank to address the following:

  • Security policies affecting transaction approvals.
  • Daily transaction limits that may prevent successful payments.
  • Payment authorizations and reserved funds, which your bank may hold temporarily.

Ensure you have sufficient funds and authorize transactions to avoid disruptions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Event and Workshop Registrations:

    • Cancellations made 7 days before the event/workshop will be eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
    • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event/workshop will be eligible for a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event/workshop are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Subscription Services:

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. However, if you face a technical issue preventing access to subscribed content, you can contact our support team within 7 days for assistance.

  3. Digital Products & Data Insights:

    • All purchases of digital products and data insights are final and non-refundable.

  4. Processing Refunds:

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used.
