- First Preference: Experienced IT professionals planning to return to work.
- Second Preference: 2023 batch freshers.
- Third Preference: 2020-2022 graduates seeking employment.
Workspace Requirements:
- Bring your own laptop or books.
- Use the space as a digital library or browsing center to up-skill yourself.
Duration of Use:
- The workspace can be used for a maximum of 3 months.
Supporting Mental Health and Productivity: Research indicates that job seekers often feel demotivated at home due to external pressures. This initiative provides a supportive, motivating, and office-like environment to help individuals stay productive and focused during their job search.
Community Cowork Space with Biz-Tech Incubator & Accelerator: This initiative is part of a larger vision to establish a community cowork space with business and tech incubator and accelerator aspects. It aims to create a collaborative environment where tech professionals and startups can thrive.
